OK, so here is a little rework of our logo and some work i was playing around with over a year ago. good things take time i guess.

My grandmother would spend all day in the garden, it was her pride and joy and she loved growing food and also the creative side of growing flowers and landscaping the earth.

Depending on your taste you may or may not relate to this one but for me it stops at pig head.

this was a wee request from a customer who sits on the city council and represents the Maraenui community.

Sometimes a positive affirmation can go a long way and is what you need to get you through the day.

I was lucky enough to visit a pair of stuffed huia the other day and made sure i took my camera along. I visited this couple many years ago and it was probably the last time they came out of their boxes. At the time my camera wasn’t so great, 4MP which was pretty fancy back then. Now i have nice hi-res versions, which means i might have to come up with some new work now.

In the early 90′s i used to ride a fixie around london as a cycle messenger and i had a beat up old track bike that looked like the cheap version to this puppy. i think cycle messengers are responsible for making these bikes the urban choice in cities around the world. might be a while before napier cyclists embrace this aesthetic but i’m feeling it.

thanks to john from Avanti Plus in Hastings for hooking us up.

Here is a new print for this week. It is based on the Fantasyland Castle now part of Splash Planet which now has slides coming off it in all directions. The Pirate Ship might have to be the next undertaking.

It’s part of who we are and it’s as strong as ever.
